Your response to who your Friends-esque group of sitcom six friends would be - I'm an anti-social introverted hermit so instead of sitcom six I would be Buffy from the episode where she wakes up in a mental hospital realizing/people telling her that her friends are imaginary and that she's crazy.

OMG, NO, that's terrible. Though, kudos to you for referencing a Buffy episode that doesn't usually get a lot of love! (I thought it was a awesome ep myself).
