No problem! You know, I'd heard of UV Lamps before (they actually featured the visor-kind on an ep of Northern Exposure years and years ago) but I didn't know you get could them over-the-counter for mild winter blues. I thought they were strictly for people with serious Seasonal Affective Disroder. I was surprised my sister could just go buy one online but then when I started telling people I had gotten one, I was surprised by how many poeple here in Michigan were like, "I just got one too." Apparently it's a big thing this year around these dark dreary parts.
