That sounds really lovely, actually. While I love romantic fanfic (stating the obvious here, obviously) I really, really crave good relationships in fic that aren't reomantic. Like, what's wrong with strong friendship? Or parent and child? Or siblings? Gimmie it all! So yay for you writing that! :)

Me too! And I hoping there's enough other relationships in this Teen Wolf fic that it'll be okay that Derek and Stiles don't end up together. I get two scenes of them in and then I'm like, 'Oh, have to weave some Sheriff/Melissa into this next one' and then I get another Sterek scene out and I'm like, 'Oops, haven't had a good Scott/Stiles friendship scene in awhile, or a Sheriff/Stiles family scene in awhile," so hopefully it'll all weave together well enough when it's finished.

Oh yeah, I love a good friendship fic! And good friendships going on during a romance fic. Like how Chad and Christian always end up being my favorite parts of J2 fic, because the best friend aspect is one of my favorites. Or how you can always make a Destiel fic (ugh, I can't believe I'm using that word now - damn you, Tumblr!) better by mixing in some good Sam/Cas friendship with it.

That, my dear, I have no doubt about whatsoever.

Awww, thanks, bb!

I am also glad! :D Although the stress levels go up and down (are you SUPPOSED to fight this much or is it just us?), I've decided that fannish things are important and should be prioritized, since they make me happy. :) Now to get back to writing, as well...

Well, you are totally asking the wrong person about the relationship thing, since I've technically never been in a real 'relationship' or anything like one. But I can say this, that 'yes' make time for the things you love. If that's fannish things or hanging out with friends without the boyfriend there or even heading out to a coffee shop to do some writing alone, you need some me time. It can't be The Boyfriend all the time, 24/7, because that's just not healthy. He fell for the girl who had all these wonderful awesome things about her and if you push all those wonderful awesome things to the side for him, then you kind of lose yourself, right?

Lol, awesome answer!

;)
