Oh, I really liked this. First Firefly/SPN crossover I've ever read, and I'm glad that it was this one.

Just as a matter of interest -- how did they end up there? Was it a born-in-this-world story, or a switching over type of thing? Just looking for some clarification on a fabulous read. :)
