hahaha - seriously, it's like their own little throw down - represent or else!
My mom said that the kids wearing red were Polish and they apparently got upset that no one at their school recognized St. Joseph's Day, so they wore the red on St Patrick's Day in protest. lol
Yeah, if I didn't wear green, my older brother would hold me down and pinch me until I managed to crawl back to my room and change. And my mom would say, "That's what you get for not being proud of your heritage." And then make us green pancakes.
