Thanks! Therapy just requires lots of Ibuprofen and hours with the heating pad, but it is slowly getting better.

Happy Valentine's Day to you and Pipster too! ([livejournal.com profile] baylorsr's Pipster is currently sitting on the floor next to me staring at the steam coming out of the humidifier - it's magic, you know!)
