I've rewatched and have absolutely no coherent thoughts - but here, let me ramble anyway.

Let's see, if I can do this ljcut thing without looking like an idiot.

01. Sleeping Angels are the Adorable-est!

02. The car, the car, the car - notice how the last two big final conversations Sam and Dean have together are on the car/in the car. Oh, Impala, how I was sure you were going into The Pit with Sam. I'm so glad you didn't.

03. I want a black t-shirt and on the back I want a map of Michigan with just Detroit highlighted and the words "The Devil is in Detroit" and maybe on the front in teeny-tiny letters, the words "End of the World Starts in Michigan".

04. When Sam says "yes, sir" to Bobby - nothing coherent to say there except, omg, dude.

05. The look on Castiel's face as he watches Sam say goodbye to Bobby - and hey, I know you're an angel and all, Cas, but you know, you've been a little bit human for awhile now, would it kill you to hug a guy?

06. How is Jensen so heart-breakingly pretty and such a damn good actor? Scene when Lucifer takes Sam and then disappears and leaves Dean standing there.

07. When Castiel tells Dean that it has started and Dean is all snippy with him, Cas says "You don't have to be mean" and looks away, so a) Castiel, you don't have to stay in an emotionally abusive relationship and b)omg, Dean hurt Cas' feelings.

08. Dean's broken voice when he says that Sam doesn't have to die alone.

09. And oh wait, I forgot how when Lucifer and Sam are mirroring off with each other, is it wrong that given a choice, I would rather lick Lucifer, cuz I so want to.

10. Which leads me to, when did Adam/Jake Abel get so hot? Holy shit. Why is everything Michael does hot? If Michael is that hot inside young John and Adam, can we all just imagine for a second how hot he would've been inside Dean? My angel-perving knows no bounds, cuz, dude, I'm kind of disappointed they didn't just wrestle around for a bit.

11. But not that disappointed because instead we got Dean, oh Dean what a dork you are and yet, so pretty doing it. Was Jensen wearing eyeliner in that closeup shot inside the car in the cementary? This scene actually sums up the show pretty damn good - hot, brothers, car, rock music, creepy cementary.

12. Assbutt.

13. And then, yes, I did, I actually threw up in my mouth when Castiel's head exploded. And then I was still trying to keep it all back down, when Bobby got snapped and Dean screamed and then...

14. Say what you will about Kripke and The Team, but they know how to do their fans right, because seriously, the montage - I think the thing I liked the best was it didn't have music, just the sound of the wind whipping and the clunk noise and...yeah, I just lost coherent thought again.

15. The look between Sam and Dean right before Sam jumps - could only have been better if Dean hadn't been so mangled. Because seriously and also, so knew right at the last second, that Adam was going in with him.

16. Thought - just right now - Hey, the test for Sam and Dean was to choose family. So, then, did the Angels fail the test? Because they had a hell of a lot of infighting and they didn't seem to really pull it out at the last second like The Winchesters did.

17. The nod Castiel gives Bobby when he brings him back - oh my heart.

18. Am torn on the whole way things went with Cas, mostly because I don't know where that leaves him for next year. I know he's coming back, but uncertainty is not my strong suit when dealing. I bet we don't see him for quite a few episodes in the beginning when Season Six rolls around. Also, hey Cas, could it have killed you to not just abandoned Dean in the middle of a conversation without so much as an awkward arm pat? Dude.

19. OMG, Chuck is God. Which, yes, my sister told me to stop saying things like "Kripke is God", but I didn't expect that. Seriously, until the exact second he disappeared, I thought, Chuck sitting there at the computer all dressed up and then I thought Becky would come up behind him and wrap her arms around him, but then - yeah, genius, because I never saw it coming but I totally buy it.

20. Dean and Lisa - because he made a promise. And ohohoh when he cries in her arms and she doesn't even ask him, just takes him in and shushes him and...yeah, I like it. I loved the pull-back shot of the house. I had this thought --- "I'm good", and maybe if he said it enough, someday it would be true --- but it wasn't enough to make an actual fic out of. Also, I hope Ben doesn't get too attached, because a Winchester is not sticking around for long. Do you think Dean will let him help take care of the Impala?

21. The final shot of Sam - I think my sister is right, if this had been the series end, we wouldn't have seen that final shot of Sam. And I really wish we hadn't. It's my only major complaint (I didn't really think Cas would hug anyone and I guess it's no one fault but my own that I threw up a little) - but I really wish they had left it without the Sam-shot. For the summer. Because, anyway, what does that mean? Lucifer is in the cage, right? Is Sam? Was that like Sam's spirit or what? Is Sam back? Is he going to leave Dean to his apple-pie life, cuz, dude, he thinks you're in torture-land right now. Also, totally kills my thought process of like Adam and young John-Michael and Sam and Nick-Lucifer all trapped in a cage much like the one that comes with my Ewok Village and the demons keep passing things in for them , like Checkers and Battleship and a Nintendo DS but for some reason they only have one and they all fight over it all the time. I imagine they play Zombie BBQ on it. And maybe some RISK - but like instead of taking over Africa and Russia and stuff, it's the Heaven/Hell verison of RISK and they're all battling for The Kingdoms. Finally, yes, I said Adam, in Hell - because people - ADAM IS IN HELL! Dean, you're a douche. Do you not care? Does no one care? What did that poor kid ever do beside have the misfortune of being born a Winchester?

Whew, needed to get that out.

I'm good.

Now what do I do with my summer?

04. When Sam says "yes, sir" to Bobby - nothing coherent to say there except, omg, dude.

OMG ME TOO. I got all twitchy in the pants and had to text [livejournal.com profile] liptonrm because HOLY SHIT how so hot?

07. When Castiel tells Dean that it has started and Dean is all snippy with him, Cas says "You don't have to be mean" and looks away,

Honestly this is one of my favorite Castiel moments ever. I love that as he becomes more human, he becomes ACTUALLY more human--petulant and sensitive and kinda whiney. And I also love that with one line much later on, they made me believe that when he was re-angelified, he remembered what he had learned about humans/being human: when Dean asks if he's God, and Cas smiles and says, "That's a nice compliment, but no." <-- SOCIAL SKILLS!!! Thoughful use of manners OMG!

Yeah. Lots of other stuff. Oh, and also in re: Sam. I agree that it wouldn't have ended that way if there were no Season 6, but what surprises me is how many people read him as evil!Sam there, and comment on his angry look and such. I see his expression as neutral at worse and wistful at best. My money's either on Sam returning as some form of spirit or low-level angel (or just himself but light-flickery because of the whole experience--demon blood, Lucifer possession, x amount of time in hell, supernaturally released from hell and brought back to life) and trying to work out what he should do, or that same thing but with, like, amnesia because Show's never done amnesia and if he does wander off for a few episodes without contacting Dean who thinks he's burning in hell, that would be kind of a douchey thing to do. Doesn't mean I don't think he might do it, I would just prefer he didn't.

Blah blah blah I should be working blah blah.

Yeah, it seems like the well-intentioned-yet-completely-idiotic kind of thing Sam would do. I sure as hell hope he doesn't. I saw someone, somewhere, suggest that Sam is kind of all jacked up from the demon blood still and maybe he is going to stay away from Dean because he is afraid of himself. That made sense to me. But man, if he is back and Dean thinks he is in Hell and then Dean finds out otherwise - oh boys, seriously.

I would "yes, sir" Bobby anyday.

Castiel getting emotions, like understanding them, but still all awkward, it's the best.

This was like a check list for me. Agree, agree, agree!

But wait, what?? 19. OMG, Chuck is God WTF, like seriously? When did this happen? How I missed this? Seriously, I have to watch the last episode again. I have seen it only once and I was so anxious to see how it all turns out, that I seem to have missed some (important) points..:D

Here, let me babble at you like I know what the hell I'm talking about. Really, I'm just going to bounce a few things off you and you let me know what sticks (What do you agree with and disagree with?). Also, this is all based on what very little I remember from Sunday School.

Yeah - there are several theories on this - but let me give you the quick run through. Eric Kripke is the creator of this world. He is the writer of this world. Much like God is the creator/writer of our world.

And Chuck is clearly the character representation of Kripke. Chuck is Kripke - Kripke is Chuck - Kripke is the God of Supernatural - Chuck is...yes, God.

His disappearing at the end signifies that he is something more than just a prophet. Prophets are just men, after all...men who were touched by some heavenly hand and given these visions, but they are still just men. They don't just disappear after they have finished writing their bible.

Some people think that The Impala was God, and though that would have been very cool, I don't think it's true. There were some good arguments on that, but I'm still not buying The Impala as God (I feel like The Impala is like The Velveteen Rabbit, he was so loved he became real - or something like that. It makes more sense in my head, lol.)

Let's go back to Chuck...So, Chuck is something. Then the debate becomes is he God or Jesus? Rob Benedict, who played Chuck, gave pretty much the same theory that I just gave you, the same theory that most everyone online who believes Chuck is God was using, about Kripke = writer = Chuck = God. But then I thought what if Chuck was something else and so I went reading. And I found a very compelling argument that Chuck was Jesus.

In the last episode, when Dean calls Chuck, he answers the phone and says, "Mistress Magda?" He is waiting on a phone call from a prostitute named Mistress Magda. Jesus was in love with a whore named Mary Magdalene (<--and I doubt I spelled that right). Rob Benedict gave his speech about Kripke/Chuck/God and then said that he also heard a theory that Chuck was Jesus and it made him stop and think, and he didn't even pick up on the Mistress Magda thing, but now that he thinks about it, that also makes sense.

Sera Gamble has been asked about Chuck being God and she said that she thought it was obvious who Chuck was, but because of the speculation going on around the internet - which she highly enjoys reading - she doesn't want to say, because she thinks every theory she has read has been awesome.

Then on the special features of the dvds, Kripke kind of let it slip. He said something about revealing big things at the end of the season, like blahblahblah "Who God is," blahblahblah etc. He didn't say, "we will reveal who Chuck is", or "we will reveal the truth about Chuck" - he said "who God is," - although I suppose he could have meant that they revealed that God is The Impala - I really don't think that is what he meant.

If you had asked me to put money on this, even before Kripke said something that seems incriminating to me (though maybe I misintrepreted that statement, I was thinking about Misha while he was talking, cuz I do that sometimes, lol) - I would have put money on Chuck being God, but I would have been happy to lose the bet if it was revealed that Chuck is Jesus (I mean, that whole God has done everything he can, he can't help you anymore bullshit, it would be like God can't help you anymore, I'm not permitted to tell you that he sent his son, Jesus, to totally take care of that for you though - right?)

The Impala is just Home - and isn't that enough?

What do you think? I've been thinking about it all summer, and having this discussion probably more than is neccesary, which is why I have all this ridiculous information - but I am never tired of discussing it. So, Chuck, The Impala, God, Jesus, Prophet, Angel, Home - what do you think?

I'll stop babbling at you now. :)
