Help A Girl Out!
So, Tuesday the 13th is my LJ anniversary! The day, four years ago, when I made my first official LJ post! I usually like to do something on that day to celebrate - special fic, a fandom meme, let you guys ask me questions, whatever. But this year since I'm still feeling so under the weather, I was hoping you guys could help me out. I remember seeing (and answering on some of my friends' journals) a meme about 'name five things that you relate to me' and I really liked it. Maybe you guys could answer with five things that make you think of me and I can post all the answers on the 13th! (I've got a dr's appt that day, but this should be fun and easy enough!). So let's celebrate my anniversary! Come and play!

As it so happens, the 13th is also The Nephew's birthday...he'll be eight! It doesn't seem like that long ago that he was playing with his imaginary dog, Zoom Zoom, and telling me stories about what he did that day with his brother, Iceman, and now he's eight! My little man!

Pippin and bags. (Whenever he gets on a bag and starts scratching, I always remember how much he loved your particular bag. Too cute.)
Middle Earth. (whether that's New Zealand itself or actual Middle Earth and related things, but the rolling green hills of the country make me think of you.)
Tea. (especially when I see fannish themed tea, I think if you would like it).
James McAvoy. (No explanation needed.)
Jane Austen. (Her books, the movie adaptions and of course Becoming Jane, which I never would have watched without you talking me into it and I am so glad I did!)
Wait, that was five, but I have more! Russel Crowe, Logan Lerman, Shakespeare, RPGs and table top games, Stage acting. RP writing, Ann Arbor/Detroit, Writing, Narnia, quiet afternoons and good discussions. So many things!
1-Supernatural-The way you love this show and I think it was the first fandom we clicked about.
It so was!! And one of my favorite alltime SPN fics will always be your Halloween fic about the theater.
The Hobbits out on the porch and lots of wonderful hobbity things.
I always want to get my sister a sign that says 'No Admittance Except On Party Business" because she's made this place feel so much like Bag-end to me.

5-Michigan/94-The drive to your place and having you as a friend in Michigan. I wish you lived closer.
Aren't Michigan roads brutal though? I have a cousin who now lives just outside of Detroit, kind near where you were and she was just complaining about wanting to come see us more but the drive is terrible. But I do miss having you here in Michigan. I wish I could travel easier, so i could come see you!
