It Was A Strange Magical Journey.

I had the craziest dream last night. It started with someone in my home, attacking me and I was all, "Do you know who I am friends with? Bo Dennis. The succubus." And then some of my 'friends' showed up to help me fight - like the strangest multi-fandom crossover ever. Teen Wolf, Lost Girl, Avengers, Hunger Games, Sesame Street (Big Bird was there), Strawberry Shortcake, Law & Order SVU, Lorne from Angel, Hellboy, etc. When I noticed Hellboy, I shouted, "OMG, Hellboy is on my team!" There were over a hundred different people and we were fighting bad guys and going on adventures and I was so happy and everything was awesome. But then I heard my brother's voice calling my name and I snapped back into my body (still in the dream tho) and realized I was actually in a coma and my brother was there begging me to wake up. I was like floating over my own body in the hospital room and I realized I had been in a coma for months. All the time I was on the adventures with my team of awesome friends, I was actually in a coma.
But I liked the coma world so much that I wanted to stay there and I knew all my friends were real somehow, so I stayed in the coma, but then during all the adventures and stuff, I kept hearing my loved ones calling my name. Like I would hear their voices on the air in the middle of climbing a mountain to retrieve the magical diamond or whatever. And I knew I had to go back, but I was heartbroken to think of leaving my friends, after all we been through together. Then some animated monster that I thought was part of my team started killing my friends and I knew it was going to keep coming after us unless I left. Like it was forcing me to leave my awesome magical world behind. I was so sad, saying goodbye to everyone, but I did, I left them all behind and woke up from my coma and after I had hugged all my family and they left the room, I said, "But I do need you, Hoggle, all of you," like the line from Labyrinth, and expected that like Labyrinth, they would all just appear. But they didn't.
So then I went on with my life and then it liked jumped forward and I was sick and in the hospital again and I knew I was dying somehow and I slipped back into a coma. And they were all there. All my friends. Just waiting for me. I walked through the crowd of them, smiling from ear to ear, so happy to see them, hugging them, and everyone greeting me so warmly, like no time had passed at all. And then I made it through the crowd and on the other side was a ledge and empty space of black nothingness. And I turned around and smiled at them all, so happy to get to see them, so happy they were all still there, together like that. And then I stepped off the ledge and fell into the nothingness. And somehow I knew that was me dying, but it was okay, because I got to see them all one last time. I felt so at peace.
And then I woke up for reals and was so happy and sad at the same time. So happy to have gotten to see them one last time and so sad that I would never see them again. Like bittersweet. Like the emotions were so strong even as I was realizing it was all a dream for real.
Then I fell back to sleep and this time I dreamed about Stiles and Derek and they were both in Derek's kitchen with their shirts off and Stiles was making toast and they were standing really close to each other, not speaking, but like Derek was just staring at Stiles and it was enormously tension filled and I was like, "Wow, this is a lot of sexual tension for a scene about making toast."
This is my brain, folks.

Date: 2015-02-16 09:27 pm (UTC)It was actually a really good dream, even the part where I died. Like it was very peaceful and I was happy at the end. Also, Big Bird and Hellboy on the same team of adventurers is worth any falling off a cliff I had to do!

OMG, I am dying thinking about Star Lord dirty dancing! lol Like dancing, yes, for sure - but dirty dancing, omg, I'm sorry, but it's so funny in my head, because you know he'd be really funny while doing it! But yay for you on the semi-sex dream about Star Lord! I'd hit that!

Date: 2015-02-10 05:29 am (UTC)I had this dream where one of those elites in the room sends her a slave as a gift. It was Lurkio from "Up Pompeii" except he was a outer space futurist alien.
Anyhoo.....
I also had a dream (Numb3rs/CA:TWS crossover) where Winter Soldier Bucky was 'adopted' by Don Eppes' aunt Irene and his grandma's cousin. Cousin was originally in that small work camp that was liberated by the Howling Commandos, which is why she recognized Bucky. She and Irene take him in, feed him and such. Then one day Colby Granger and David Sinclair stop by the ladies' place. They realize the 'homeless man' that Alan had said the ladies had taken in, is actually the Winter Soldier.

Date: 2015-02-16 09:33 pm (UTC)My BFF saw Jupiter Ascending and loved it! Did you like it?
The Numb3rs/CA:TWS dream sounds awesome and like it would make a great fic!! Anything with Colby is a plus in my book!
PS you have cool dreams...
Thank you! They are so detailed, it's crazy!

Date: 2015-02-17 03:33 am (UTC)Also, I think the movie would be great fanfic fodder. We're really not told much about this alien society. Or about the different factions after Jupiter, who either want to kill her, or protect her, or use her for their benefit. She's the genetic 'reincarnation' of a murdered queen, hence all the fuss over her.
Anyway, I'd recommend going to see it, but wait until it's at the discount theater.
Now I want to go see "Mortdecai" again. The one with Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow. It has that screwball comedy style from the 30s, like "His Girl Friday" but it's also sort of action adventure. Really great, even though I saw the plot twist coming. I would pay full price to see it again.
